My very favorite class. Come see my Florence from a Chef/ Fashionista point of view. This is a full day class. We start in the morning between 9 and 10 at Florence's famous Central Market. I take you around the market, introduce you to my favorite vendors, explore the food and products on sale there. While we're exploring the market, I'll give you some great tips on how to use some of the products we find there back home and also how to find similar quality products back home. We finish up at my favorite deli where we have a private tasting of some amazing products like  aged balsamic, peccorinos, olives, cold cuts, oils and wine. After the market we take a stroll through town to one of my favorite restaurants and enjoy a relaxing Tuscan lunch with wine. Then we take another little stroll where we end up at my family's coffee bar. There you'll be shown the inside secrets of how to make a great cappuccino, espresso and macchiato. We'll also try a classic Tuscan aperitif. After we're nice and full we head over to Jennifer Tattinelli  who will then style you and get you looking

like the fabulous stars you are. Then it's up to the kitchen to prepare an unforgettable Tuscan Dinner that we can all enjoy together. This class can be combined with other classes for those who don't want to shop. For sample menus please see the Sample  menus page.  So that you can receive one on one attention with the designer this class is strictly limited to 4 students. For larger groups ( more than 4) I will divide you into sections , with one group cooking and eating  first, then  shopping - while the other group shops then cooks. This is an all day class. We start at 9  and finish up around 8. For those who really want to go out in style,  reservations at a local club can also be arranged.
